3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Our tests identify water quality indicators like chlorine, hardness, and total dissolved solids (TDS). While our systems are engineered for improvement, results may vary based on plumbing, water source, or home infrastructure.
4. Warranty & Installation Terms
Each system includes a warranty as described in the customer’s installation agreement. AquaPure is not responsible for any modifications made by third parties after installation.
5. User Responsibility
You agree not to misuse our services, reverse-engineer our website, or submit false information.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and branding elements are owned by AquaPure. Do not duplicate or redistribute without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
AquaPure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the system purchased, if applicable.
